Call for Abstracts
Abstracts may be submitted online until March 15, 2012 using the form below
Abstracts for presentations that address the following topics are encouraged:
- shrubland or grassland restoration
- livestock on rangelands
- humans in the environment
- microbial, biochemical, or other "micro-scale" ecology
- the theoretical basis for ecological site descriptions
- soils and geomorphology
- remote sensing applications in shrublands
- or other topics (including but not limited to fire ecology, sensitive or invasive species, patterns of succession, climate change, wildlife habitat and use, population genetics, or other topics related to biology, ecology, and management of shrublands)
NEW: Symposium contributed papers from oral and poster presentations and invited keynote addresses that meet review criteria will be published as a proceedings through the New Mexico Agricultural Experiment Station later in 2012. Instructions to authors will be provided.
